    20DVM
The 20DVM unit = Style "M" direct connected to a 2 HP, 1800 RPM 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 208-230/460 Volt, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC), NEMA Frame 145T motor with flexible chain coupling set driving the infinitely variable volume 20DV pump equipped with a Vernier Flow Control (VFC), which allows the operator to adjust the delivery of the pump from 30 GPM down to zero GPM while the pump is run at a constant speed, and has a type I mechanical shaft seal of viton-A/carbon/Ni-resist.

100CV/20DVSMDRA
The 100CV/20DVSMDRA = Style "SM" direct connected dual right angle gear reducer with 5 HP, 1800 RPM, 3 Phase, 60 Hertz, 208-230/460 Volt, Premium Efficiency, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) NEMA Frame 184TC motor with flexible chain coupling sets driving on the left the fully automatic 100CV infinitely variable volume pump and on the right the infinitely variable volume 20DV pump equipped with a Vernier Flow Control (VFC), and Pressure Regulating Control (PRC) which allows the operator to infinitely adjust the delivery and back-pressure settings of the pump from while the pump is running at a constant speed, and is equipped with a type I mechanical shaft seal of Viton-A/Carbon/Ni-resist.

Style “M”
Makes use of single and 3 phase industrial, premium efficiency, inverter duty and “gearhead” electric motors in all configurations, gasoline/diesel engines or air or hydraulic motors. Each is direct connected to the pump shaft through a flexible chain coupling set on a common base plate that can be economically modified, if necessary, to accommodate a specific footprint. Riser(s) and guard are all factory-aligned to assure long service life.

Style “SM”
Style “SM”Is built on the same rigid foundations as the Style “M”, while incorporating “C-Flanged” footed gear reducers of any “assembly” type. These completely support all “C-Faced” electric motors for infinite flexibility and compact design.

Style “CFM”
Style “CFM”Specifically for the Series 20CP pump, this model has its own “C-Faced/C-Flanged” mounting bracket with handle that is fully enclosed so that no moving parts are exposed. It allows the pump to be completely supported by the motor, so no base plate is required. Therefore, the unit is portable or may be mounted in any position.

Style “BD”
Style “BD”Eliminates any concerns by supplying the properly calculated, sized and positioned V-belt or timing belt drive components and matched belts. Also included are an adjustable motor pad and factory-manufactured outboard bearing support, all completely assembled and aligned.

Style “GR”
Style “GR”Incorporates an enclosed parallel helical gear reducer with offset shafts mounted on a rugged welded platform. This delivers maximum transmission of torque in a low-profile installation.

Style “MO”
For applications that are best suited for an open-gear drive. This style comes complete with a fiber pinion on the motor shaft, an outboard bearing support and a steel spur gear on the pump shaft, all factory-assembled and ready for service out-of-the-box.
